Web app · Python

Checks whether rent is fair. Enter a ZIP code, the number of bedrooms and your household size, and rentcheck shows HUD’s Fair Market Rent for the area, a five-year trend and HUD’s income limits. Add your rent to compare it with HUD’s figure, or your income to see whether you may qualify for housing help. Built with FastAPI on the HUD User Data API.
