Can we integrate ChatGPT into our app?
Yes. ChatGPT’s models are available to apps through OpenAI’s API, and Claude’s through Anthropic’s. We connect your app to whichever fits the feature.
Can an AI chatbot use our company data? Will it train on it?
It can answer from your own records once we connect it to them, with the same permissions your users already have. And no: the business APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic don’t train on your data by default.
